In the endeavour to sensitise and bring about awareness on the issues of littering in the picnic/religious spots within Reserve Forests of Karnataka, discussed the issues and probable solution to issue with the Coordinator of Home Town Solutions (CSR Function of Honeywell) - Mr Subrata on 10 Mar 2010.
The meeting was coordinated by Mr Shankar Chilkunda and Ms Archna Negi of Honeywell.
In the presentation to Mr Subrata, Roopa Sankaran, elaborated the key point of the proposed solution - of maintaing cleanliness in the picnic spots by employing cleaning staff, funded by Honeywell CSR team.
Mr Subrata took on the onus of discussing the matter with entire team and revert. Also he suggested that the Enviroment, Health and Safety (EHS) team could be connected to Clean and Green.
